Refund Policy - The Basics

All ticket sales for Power Play Jax 2025 are final.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Schedule changes or conflicts

  • Illness or travel issues

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Changes in personal circumstances

     

Ticket Transfer Option

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by contacting us on our contact page no later than Sept 10, 2025. Please include the new attendee's full name and contact information.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling


If Power Play Jax 2025 is canceled for any reason, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to either attend the new date or request a refund.
