Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Power Play Jax and Power Play Events. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in all events, programs, services, and digital platforms operated by Power Play Jax, Power Play Events, and all affiliated subsidiaries, partners, and parent organizations (collectively, “Power Play”). By accessing, registering for, or participating in any Power Play activity, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Participation & Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in all Power Play environments, whether in-person or digital. Power Play reserves the right to deny entry, remove participants, or restrict access at its discretion for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or not aligned with community standards.
2. Registration & Payments
All registrations must be completed with accurate information. Payments for events, programs, or services are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds, transfers, or credits are issued solely at the discretion of Power Play or as outlined in specific event policies.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in Power Play events and activities is voluntary. By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation. Power Play is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or expenses incurred, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Media & Content Use
By participating, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed for use in promotional, marketing, and commercial materials, unless you have formally opted out in accordance with our Media Release policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, materials, and resources provided by Power Play are the intellectual property of Power Play unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Vendors & Partners
Power Play may collaborate with third-party vendors, sponsors, or partners. Power Play is not responsible for the services, products, or actions of these third parties, and any interactions are at your own discretion.
7. Digital Platform Use
Engagement with Power Play’s digital platforms must comply with our Digital Policy. Power Play reserves the right to monitor, moderate, or remove content and restrict access as needed.
8. Changes & Cancellations
Power Play reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, speakers, or programming, as well as cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Power Play will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and provide appropriate next steps.
9. Privacy
Your use of Power Play services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By engaging with Power Play, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
10. Agreement to Terms
By registering for, attending, or engaging with Power Play, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Power Play reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Participation in any Power Play event or activity is voluntary, and attendees assume full responsibility for their involvement. Power Play is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to property, arising from participation in events, use of facilities, or engagement with any content or third-party vendors. While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality information, Power Play makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or the completeness of information shared. Any reliance on information, advice, or resources provided is at your own discretion. By attending or engaging with Power Play, you agree to release and hold harmless Power Play and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Privacy Policy - the basics
Power Play Jax, Power Play Events, and all affiliated subsidiaries, partners, and parent organizations (collectively, “Power Play”) are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. We may collect limited personal data—including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and relevant registration or participation details—when you engage with our events, programs, platforms, or services. This information is used solely to communicate with you, manage event participation, improve user experience, and provide updates related to Power Play initiatives. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with trusted partners or service providers as necessary to deliver our services, and always in alignment with this policy. By participating in Power Play activities or using our platforms, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined above. We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data and will update this policy as needed to reflect changes in our practices.
Media Release
By attending, participating in, or engaging with Power Play Jax, Power Play Events, and all affiliated subsidiaries, partners, and parent organizations (collectively, “Power Play”), you grant Power Play the irrevocable right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute your name, image, likeness, voice, and any statements or performances in photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media formats. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes across all platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, digital campaigns, press materials, and future event promotions, without compensation or additional approval.
You understand and agree that all media captured becomes the sole property of Power Play and may be edited, adapted, or used in combination with other materials at its discretion. Power Play is not responsible for third-party use of publicly shared media once it has been distributed through official or public channels.
If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, it is your responsibility to notify a Power Play representative in advance or upon arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, Power Play cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media capture in public event spaces.
By participating in Power Play events or programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Media Release.
Digital Policy
Power Play Jax, Power Play Events, and all affiliated subsidiaries, partners, and parent organizations (collectively, “Power Play”) maintain digital platforms—including websites, social media channels, virtual events, and online communities—to support engagement, education, and communication. By accessing or interacting with any Power Play digital platform, you agree to use these spaces in a respectful, lawful, and community-centered manner.
Users are expected to engage responsibly and refrain from posting or sharing content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable laws or intellectual property rights. Power Play reserves the right to monitor, moderate, remove, or restrict content and user access at its discretion to maintain a safe and aligned digital environment.
Any content, materials, or communications shared by Power Play are intended for informational and community purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Power Play’s digital content, branding, or intellectual property without prior written consent is prohibited.
While Power Play takes reasonable steps to maintain the security and integrity of its digital platforms, we cannot guarantee that all systems will be free from interruptions, errors, or security risks. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own devices and personal information when engaging online.
